I work with people in a thoughtful, collaborative way rather than a rigid or transactional one. Every situation is different, so I start by understanding your story, your goals, and where you’re currently stuck.
From there, we decide together what makes the most sense. That might be a conversation, a collaboration, an interview, or a longer-term project. I don’t believe in forcing people into predefined boxes. The work should meet you where you are.
-
That’s completely okay, and honestly, very common. Most people who reach out are in the middle of something and don’t yet have clear language for it.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting me. If something resonated with you or you feel pulled to reach out, that’s enough. We can start the conversation there and see what emerges.
-
I’m open to both. Some conversations or collaborations are brief and focused, while others naturally unfold over time.
There’s no pressure to commit to anything upfront. We can start with a single conversation and decide what, if anything, makes sense after that.
-
No. I don’t provide medical, legal, or therapeutic services. The work I do is rooted in lived experience, critical thinking, and personal exploration.
Any conversations, content, or collaborations are meant to support awareness and understanding, not replace professional care.
-
Yes. Many people reach out because they’ve had difficult experiences with systems like healthcare, legal institutions, or financial structures.
If you’re contacting me about sharing your story, you can let me know in the contact form. I treat these conversations with respect and discretion.
-
I do, when they’re aligned. I’m especially interested in thoughtful conversations that explore personal experience, systemic issues, and recovery in a deeper way.
If you have an idea in mind, feel free to outline it when you reach out.

I read every message that comes in, but I may not be able to respond to all of them individually. If your message requires a reply or next step, I’ll do my best to follow up when appropriate.
